Race Day

9 pax showed up for a little friendly competition.

SSH, IST, Cotton Pickers, Windmills

Pain Station Team Race

4 pain stations; merkins, jump squats, CDDs, and curl-ups.  Each team of 3 must complete 75 reps at each station and can divide them up between the pax on the team however they would like (each can do 25, one person can do 45, and the other two do 15, etc.).  After completing two laps, each team runs the approximate quarter-mile loop up to the parking lot, down the sidewalk then back to the Prison Yard.

After the competition, head to the field for some bear crawls, crawl bears, Parker Peters, and lunge walks.

Then back to the Prison yard for a 10-2 ladder with the same pain stations used in the race.

LBCs, Pretzel Crunches, Mason Twist

1. Not sure we determined who won the race, but I think it was my team with Closer and Cinder Block.

2. That race KILLED me.

3. Congrats to Prison Fruit for winning the F3 Tradition/Precinct consecutive Tuesday-Thursday bootcamp challenge.

4. Congrats to Urlacher on the birth of his 2.0.  We missed you out there but are very excited for you!

5. While the race this morning was a physical race, we also have a spiritual race that has been set out before us (Heb. 12:1-2).  We are shedding a lot of physical weight and spiritual weight with F3 and the pax were challenged to identify other areas in our lives where we can shed weight that will help us grow closer to Christ.

Glad I could finally make it to one of your beatdowns! Great job out there! And thanks for the perspective verse from Hebrews.

  2. Trail Mix

Enjoyed it No H, that race killed me too. Thanks for bringing the verse from Hebrews and giving us a strong challenge at the end.
