A quick 10 seconds.

Four kettlebell faithful arrived just in time for a tabata-like kettlebell session.

3 round of 10 exercises, AMRAP (as many reps as possible),1 minute for each. Started with 40 seconds on, then 20 second rest before the next; with a cool-down mosey to the end of the lot and back after each round.
KB Sumo Squat
Mountain Climbers
KB Chest Presses
KB High Rows
Jump Squats
KB Crossover Mericans
KB Outhouse Curls
KB Lawn Mowers
KB Alternating Clean/Press

Too much rest in between exercises in round one, so we upped it to 45 second on and 15 seconds off for round two. Thanks to Casper, we pushed it to 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off for round three.

1. We all cut it close this morning on the time, although even @Casper got there on time….coming in on all four wheels this time.

2. After 50 seconds of an exercise, that had to be the fastest 10 seconds ever. No actual rest, just transitioning to the next. Glad we pushed the intensity though….the 20 second rest was making me anxious.

3. Tclaps to @RibShack for committing to the heavier KB, leaving his other in the truck.

4. From the sounds of it, @Clueless has some devious exercises planned for his next KB Q. That’ll have to wait, though, as Schedule C is bringing the pain next week.
