  1. I enjoy the 800s.   It doesn’t take any preplanning and it is a brutal workout. A week of eating fine foods and drinking good wine has taken its toll on me, and I’ve lost an average 30s off each split.
  2. It’s a lot of fun watching @BBQ and @Bull battle it out, now we’ve got @Nautilus in the mix…#strong.  I would have to say @Bull won today’s round as he put in an additional 4 miles preworkout, though @Nautilus did run to the AO as well.
  3. @JackieChiles, you picked up some speed this week.  It won’t be long before you are passing me up.  For those who do not know, here is a link that explains his name (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackie_Chiles)
  4. The MECA Region is hosting THE BEAR. HC Here: http://f3nation.com/2015/04/10/the-bear-2015/

  1. Great work by all

  2. That looks quiet.

    1. Nice and quiet.

  3. Thanks for the pain @SoloCup. Was definitely fun!

  4. Ok, so this BB just humbled me. I left the workout thinking, “sweet, I was able to conquer @Bull on rounds 4-6.” That was before I realized he ran 4 miles before 0530. Tclaps @Bull, strong work.

@Pax – Tclaps everyone. The 800m is no joke, especially 6x.

@Gapper, @Paris, @Padre, and others, where you guys been? Get back out there.

@Hootie – you were *cough, cough* missed *cough* this AM.
