6 men sauntered into the muggy gloom this morning to get a little stronger, a little faster, a little better than yesterday.  It was a quiet group, the peace was only broken by YHC’s directions and some heavy old breathing from Urlacher!  Now some may read this and think that Urlacher was struggling this morning, and you would be right, but the reason he struggles is he gives his ALL on every exercise!  It is inspiring to see someone push themselves that hard!  Oh…..I forgot…..he also left 15 minutes early……slacker…..

10 x pull ups – Slow 3 count down, 1 count up

Repeat exercises x 15

10 x chin ups – Slow 3 count down, 1 count up

Repeat exercises x 10

10 x alternate pull ups, slow 3 count down, 1 count up

Repeat exercises x 5

Carry your bell back to the parking lot.

  1. Thank you men for posting this morning and pushing me to be a better man!
  2. Everyone pushed through this workout today!  I tried to throw you for a loop by adding in so many sprints, but not a complaint was uttered!
  3. I haven’t been to a KB workout for a number of months, been focusing on other stuff.  It sure was great to be back!!

      It helps to have your own so that your correct weight. But there is usually a couple spare
