The Thang:

Mosey to the other side of the field, circle up for Plank-o-Rama:  On the hands 30 sec.  Walk out your hands two big steps, 15 seconds.  Two more baby hand steps out and hold it for 15 sec. Get down on your elbows (Chillicutts?) 30 sec.  Maktar N’Dye x6… switch directions x6.

Mosey to the courtyard. Get near a bench, but no sitting.  The following are single count.
