- Great work by everyone this morning. I was surprised that the CMPD Assessment wasn’t all that difficult; the hardest part being the Street Recall. I had to add the Burpees and the Mericans to at least give @BBQ and @Bull a challenge
- #TClaps to the always clever @BBQ for noticing that the streets in the recall had special meaning to the Harrisburg Pax
- @Capri has an open Mudrun Spot (sponsored by @Gapper.) On a not completely unrelated note, he will need some strong backs and weak minds to help move furniture on April 11, 2015
- The FIA ladies are having their One year anniversary Saturday 3/28. Tell your women folk to come out and give them a try. It’s free. Be sure to say “Women Folk”
Peace,
Solo Cup
It is always an honor to lead men. Thank you
Good one there @SoloCup, enjoyed it. Might as well add @Clueless to the BBQ’d Bull Dream Team, they were definitely the three front runners all morning.
Thanks for the lead @Solo Cup. I liked The Blue Line challenge.
If you missed it, FiA (Females in Action) is the F3 version for ladies. The 1-year anniversary for FiA Harrisburg is March 28th. Here are the details: http://fianation.com/fia-harrisburg-1-year-celebration/
@Ribshack – you’re right about @Clueless, he might not call himself a runner but he sure is strong. Tclaps!
Clueless always brings it…
Thanks for the challenge this morning @SoloCup! The lower half was definitely feeling it.
Strong work by all this morning! The entire PAX was pushing through the pain and lack of oxygen to better themselves. #NoSlackersHere
@Bull and @BBQ = fast!
Are there rules about posting a comment if one didn’t actually attend the beat down?
No rule against it but you have to be tough to put up with the abuse that follows.
Nice lead Solo. How about some donuts next time.
I sincerely considered it…I was afraid @UCB was going to show.
