Run, Run, Run. Stop.

Some of Harrisburg’s finest men came out to compete against themselves on this rather balmy morning. Here’s the skinny:

  • SSH x 15
  • Windmill x 10
  • IW x 15
  • Air Squats x 15

#The Thang
// Indian run to the MS track //
1 lap with 1 exercise every 100 meters (1/4 lap)

  • 25 Merkins (Staggered, Staggered, Diamond, Regular)
  • 25 Alternating Lunges
  • 50 LBC
  • 25 Rev Crunches

  • Homer to Marge x 5
  • Freddie Mercury x 25

It is always a pleasure and an honor to lead the men of Harrisburg. My wish is that my leads make you stronger.

Great work from everyone this morning.

Welcome UCB to Harrisburg! Strong right out of the gate. Look forward to seeing you again soon!

There is not a lot of exercises listed above and I had much more planned for us but the amount of work we did was outstanding! It’s much easier on paper. I think we can modify this to pull it in line with a Murph or #1000 rep type workout where everyone knows what the exercises are and you keep running and working for the wile workout.

If I missed any of the Pax from this morning, please sound off in the comments and I will edit the BB. I had no #weinke this morning, but I did have a plan.

    1. Posh :p

I think I was there. Sure felt like I was.
Sure wonder what else was on the list.
Thanks for the burn this morning.

A deceptively tough one Schedule C. Great Lead. Might have to do it again so that RibShack can participate.

  1. Clueless

Solid workout @ScheduleC! The legs felt a little funny rolling from walking lunges into a sprint… in a good way.

  2. Casper

Very challenging @Schedule C. Nice to have sweat running into eyes after months of bundling up. Legs are rubbery today, great sign.
