Old Glory with Tradition & Precinct

24 brave souls posted or the first of what we hope to make a monthly OLD GLORY mini-convergence between Tradition and Precinct Pax. Here’s how it went…

Tradition Pax start at Shovel Flag while Precinct Pax start at Wellington Pool. Both groups run 1 mile ending at Shovel Flag. Then the real fun begins!

1. 20 x ‘Mericans (front/right corner of Church)

2. 20 x Jump Squats (back/right corner of Church)

3. 10 x Pull-ups (Outback)

4. 20 x WWII Sit-ups (near street)

Back to Shovel Flag  – That’s 1 round. Rinse & Repeat 1-4 as many times as you can (the loop is 0.4 miles).

Whistle blown at 6am. Meet back at Shovel Flag, then finish with another mile run. Front man carries the flag.

The Moleskin:

Great effort by everyone this morning! Below are the number of rounds you put down on the clipboard. T-claps to Skipper for taking the Virtual Trophy this morning! If nothing is next to your name, you either didn’t write anything or I couldn’t read your chicken scratch. For simplicity’s sake (and because Prison Fruit whined about it so much), I rounded these to the nearest “quarter round” instead of number of reps. Write this down somewhere and plan to beat it next month!

Skipper 4.50
Man Down 4.25
Mario 4.25
Urlacher 4.25
Dingo 3.75

    Great work men!

Some great efforts made this morning! But the highlight for me was the “I am 3rd” effort by Uppercut! You exemplified what F3 is all about today!

  2. The Farm

Great workout. I’m glad to see it back in the rotation.

Funky and I definitely could’ve gotten 3.50 but we were trying to be punctual this morning. I know Dingo loves to give me a hard time about that!

I have been shocked by many things this week, but no greater shock than seeing the farm arrive 3 minutes early today! And they say miracles don’t happen…..

Aye! T-Clapps Uppercut. A true example of leadership and brotherhood.

Another highlight this morning was seeing Raptor burn up that last mile. Way to go Brother!!

Sorry I missed this morning gents. The M is out of town, so I was on kiddie duty. Figured I shouldn’t leave them alone. Look forward to next time. I’ve always enjoyed this workout.

It was nice meeting the new guys today @PuttPutt, @Dingo, and @FunkyBunch

Also great to see @Gazelle back in the gloom

I remember @ManDown saying something in the COT prayer about not leaving your F3 brothers alone, and then he watched me run home alone, just saying. #UpperCutheardit

Cobains @Skipper…That clipboard was heavy! If it makes you feel any better, I was colder in the back of that truck than at any workout this entire year. Worse than that, when I got out I looked into Sensei’s front cab and realized no one was in there with him!

  6. Prison Fruit

I thought I got 3.627hundred reps in? What’s this rounding up bologny?? Well, at least it’s easier to remember! #uppercut= you da man brother! Love getting together with our “old crew” every once in a while…no pun intended, well maybe a little
