Previews:

The Main Show:

Ab’s Back Chest and Shoulders  ABC’S

  1. This was an impressive showing for Kettle Bells on any day much less Black Friday.   Much more impressive, is knowing 7 of you completed both Clueless’s workout,  ran 1.5 miles, and this workout.
  2. Great to see you back in the Burg’ BOS.
  3. Bus for sale (6 months from now.)   Had to be at coffeteria for that one.  Lively conversation and good fellowship today.
  4. Great work guys!! Now for the leftovers…

  1. Glad it was freezing cold and actually got colder. That helped with the misery… Great work today guys!!!

  2. All the same but totally different. Good lead @Escalade. Way to mix up the reps. Definitely was colder. The layer of sweat & wet clothes probably didn’t help much though I am glad for a second set of gloves, though full of holes, in the truck. I think we from the 1st Post had a sense of entitlement being as we all called a resounding BS on the Get Ups w’ KB! The mixed looks everyone gave you each time was quite comical running the gamut from full BS, you got to be kidding me, heck if I’m gonna & quiet refusal/I’m modifying the heck out of this thing!! Good stuff, thanks for the lead!

    1. Yeah, I was getting the sense of mutiny. Glad everyone was too tired to throw their KB.

  3. If I could have lifted my arms, would’ve thrown my KB at you. Nice lead, sir, and great to see you back in action!

  4. Wow! Nice beat down @escalade! Looks like and enjoyable time was had by all. 9 first go and 9 second go is impressive. Solid work gentlemen. I wish I could have been there, but I had to save the M from the early risers.
