  • Fold series: Includes Mountain, Forward Fold, Half-Forward Fold, Chair, Chair w/spinal Twist, Yogi Squat Shoulder Stretch, Shoulder Rolls, Neck Rolls, Salute Side-Stretch.
  • Merkins x10
  • Challenge Poses: Yogi Squat to Crow, Chair to Warrior Three.
  • Howl at the Moon: Includes Mountain, Forward Fold, Half-Forward Fold, Plank, Up Dog, Down Dog. ~Six reps.
  • Warrior Series: Includes, Down Dog, Lunge, Crescent, Crescent w/spinal Twist, Warrior One, Warrior One Fold w/bind, Warrior Two, Extended Side-Angle, Peaceful Warrior, Triangle. Repeato other side.
  • Pyramid.
  • Pigeon.

  1. 19 degrees outside and YHC’s timekeeper says, “iPod needs to cool down before use.”  Say what?!

  3. Thought #WarriorOne would lose Pax to #RoadWarriors with the cold temps, but looks like #RoadWarriors lost Pax to #WarmFartsack.

    Thanks for the escape from the warmth @Deuce! Kind of tough to do deep breathing choking down 19 degrees… as evidenced by your phone.
