Moleskin:
- It was a pleasure and honor to lead this morning fellas. I’m glad the black ice subsided and that the frost on the Ridge didn’t take anyone out. Watch out for the glass though…
- Strong work this morning! I know I threw some “less frequent” movements in the workout today. The mumble chatter was great… I actually never have seen a bear walk backwards @BBQ, and is the “I T Band” the name of @ScheduleC’s band?
- Last week for Sole Redemption. Food and other items collection still ongoing.
- Summer 1997 homily, Clinton, IA – “Are you living the life God wants you to live?”
@Clueless- yet another strong Q sir, good mix up & variety. Way to push us, thanks!
Freezing temps and a brutal beatdown from Clueless. No disclaimer needed here… we’re all crazy.
Yep, freakin’ COLD! Needing a body suit for in the morning!! http://www.foreverlazy.com/unilazy-black-pajama.html/
That is one awesome onesie! I see that MUDGEAR has it available w/ ‘The Ridge’ logo.
@Clueless, amazing job this morning. Love doing things that are outside of the norm. We need more of that.
I have been dreading showing up when you lead and today was that day. Totally sore but loved every minute of it!
Great workout this morning! – nothing helps slow the hypothermia like a good backwards bear crawl!
Clueless! Awesome you’ve wasted no time in Q’ing workouts. I owe you a visit down to a Ridge workout. Hope all is well.
We would love to have you out Stoli! Hope all is well with the new gig!
Well done boys, well done. #warminthefartsack
@Escalade – nice showing, guess the power of Twitter and telling us you were going was a personal EH in a way.
Good job Clueless and those that made it out there this morning, I hate I missed another Q by you.
Strong Lead. You’re always stetting the standard bud.
@Clueless – another solid lead. I liked the variety too and some new exercises. Not sure about those backwards bear crawls. Bears definitely look more vicious charging face first, mouth open and not their backside. Unless they’re about to sit on me.
