Couch 2 5k week 6!

8 Men posted this morning.  Some of the runners at Tradition have noticed that the so called “non-runners” are getting stronger!  So they joined us for a little jog!

The Thang;

  1. Walk – 5min
  2. Run – 10min
  3. Walk – 5min
  4. Run – 10 min
  5. Walk – 5 min

Forgot to charge my GPS watch this morning, so not sure about distance.  I think the ranged from 3-4 miles depending on your speed.

Good stuff gents.

We need to lock down a 5k that we can all run together?  Or you could all join me at the Thunderroad marathon this saturday??!!  🙂
