  • Reverse Crunch x 10 / UDT Flutter Kicks x 10
  • Air Squats x 10 / Jump Lunges x 10 (5 each side)

  • Selection quality merkins x 5
  • Superman x 5

  • Hand release Merkins x 5

1. I appreciate the opportunity to lead 21 men this morning.┬áIt’s been ~7 months since my last lead. It’s been a rough 8 months or so and I appreciate everyone that has led and stepped up during this time.

    @Schedule C – Kotters on your Q. Glad to have to back at it.

    @PAX – for those that asked how many shoes @F3Harrisburg has for the Charlotte Rescue Mission (#SoleRedemption), @Hootie says we’re around 25 at the last count. I’d say that’s a solid start. What else you got? Hit up your co-workers, friends, family too. Remember – MEN’S athletic shoes.
