Couch To 5k – week 5

5.5 guys continued their training today, working their way up to the elusive 5k distance!!

A lot more running and less walking today, which will be the focus over the next few weeks.

It went like this;

  1. 5min warmup walk
  2. 5min run
  3. 3min walk
  4. 8min run
  5. 5min walk
  6. 5min run
  7. 5min cool down

Great work guys!  Its is not easy to start running longer distances, but you guys are killing it!
