Couch To 5k – Week 4

6 Pax continued their training towards running a 5K.  Thats right 6!?  What happened to the rest of you wannabe runners??  Don’t wait too long to rejoin us, these guys a pushing ahead and it will be hard to keep up with them soon!

The Thang;

  1. 5 minute – warmup walk
  2. 2min run
  3. 2min walk
  4. 3min run
  5. 3min walk
  6. 3min run
  7. 3min walk
  8. 2min run
  9. 2min walk
  10. 2min run
  11. 3min – cool down walk

13 minutes of Mary.

The Moleskin;

  1. Good work out there guys!  You will be up to 5k in no time!!
  2. Pongo has his heart set on doing a donut 5k??  Gangsta did not look to pleased about this #strongwordsexchanged
  3. Raptor apparently walks fast than he runs??  #confusingdynamics
  4. So we were joined in the last 4 mins of Mary by the Iron Fist pax.  Dutch has definitely been watching too much Jillian Michaels!!  Some funky exercises out there……..The dead fish??!!

    @Dingo – nice job leading this morning. This has been a great program, and is slowly but surely making me enjoy running.

    I don’t know if it was displeasure as much as worry that @Pongo will lose a lot of donuts after just eating them. There’s a reason people want to sleep after eating a lot. #Thanksgivingiscomingsoon

    That dead fish Mary was hilarious. I think the intent might’ve been to get an ab workout from laughing at each other while performing the exercise and if so, mission accomplished!
