The Murph at Tradition

10 men came to Tradition to take on The Murph. Several were new to this experience, so after a quick introduction, we got under way.

THE THANG:

Run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Merkins
300 Air squats
Run 1 mile

MARY:

MOLESKIN:

– Great job by everyone this morning. It’s an honor to lead workouts, but leading the Murph is even more special.
– We had some show up thinking it was time from some kettlebells. One left, one stayed.
– It was great seeing some new faces at the Murph. I hope you enjoyed it and will return next month. It’s a great experience.
– Thanks to Skipper for reminding us why we do this each month and leading us in our prayer this morning.
– Let’s make sure we always remember the sacrifice of Lt. Michael Murphy and all of the fallen heroes. We should also remember the men and women who continue to fight for our freedoms.

    Definitely worth getting out of bed for this workout to start the week. Perhaps one day we will all be rocking the weight vest like Skipper (impressive stuff). Instead of a vest, maybe we could just strap one of our kids on our back. Great job by everybody.
