14 men came to the Tradition AO for a Forgotten Jelly workout.

The Thang:

Warm-Up
Mosey to the outback
– SSH x 12
– Cotton Picker x 12
– Arm Circles

Workout
Exercise set 1: Arms (3 sets of 10, 15, 20)
– Curls (2 handed)
– Dips
– Curl and Press
– Low flutter x 20 between sets 1 & 2
– Low dolly x 25 between sets 2 & 3
MOSEY TO STREET AND BACK

Exercise set 2: Shoulders (3 sets of 10, 15, 20)
– Shoulder Press
– Upright rows
– Lateral Raises (using 2 jugs)
– LBC x 30 between sets 1 & 2
– W’s x 30 between sets 2 & 3
MOSEY TO STREET AND BACK

Exercise set 3: Chest & Back (2 rounds)
– Chest Press (10, 12, 15)
– Pullover (10, 12, 15)
– Butterfly (10, 12, 15)
– Pullups (10, 10, 10)

Moleskin:
– So not that quiet of a group this morning. I guess Dingo and Gangsta’s Paradise enjoy the mumble chatter.

    Nice workout jelly! My shoulders are toast!! You guys have gotta get away from the benches and start using the “real deal” dip bars! They use muscles you never even knew you had!!

    Nice job this morning @Jelly! Awesome workout, and a good reminder of why I love Iron Fist.

    Mumblechatter actually made the morning fly by, so I do see some positive there. On another note, I think @Jelly forgot to mention a new potential nickname for @Dingo. #TheLawnFather
