World Famous Coffee Run
The World Famous Coffee Run took place. We ran from Tradition to Starbucks North. It was kinda cold. My iced coffee was pretty good though. Hot Wheels didn’t show.
Farmlands Loop AMRAP
9 Pax got in the work on a Monday at the Valley. Warm up mosey from Tradition to Avon Farm, then ~25 minutes of a 2/3 mile loop, all you got on the uphill, recover on the downs and flats. Mosey back for COT & BOM.
