– Another chilly day at the track, thankfully it was not windy! It was good to see the full crew today with their variety of Yoga mats. Spent a bit of time on them, so it was good we had them. Had to get moving to get the body temps up, but I think everyone eventually thawed out. No such thing as bad weather….. Chatter about Temu pathfinder and who is/is not going to complete and the legality of pre/post workout challenges. Turns out he who owns the sheet is the compliance officer, conversely, he who owns the sheet declares that your sheet is your sheet. It’s the wild wild west in there!
