Static Holds: Hold Al Gore, each pax does a tire flip and 3 burpees. Repeato with plank, tire flip and derkins. Again with feet six inches, tire flip and incline merkins.
4 Corners: Tire flips, Appollo Ohnos, Flutters. Lunges.
Static Holds at the Wall: Grab wall, tire flip, a few reps of something, rotate. 4 rounds.
Roll tire back and put tires back in Detention’s truck
