WARMUP: Poutine usual but swapping prisoner squats for Imperial Squat Troopers
THE THANG: Started with bus parking lot shuffle and air presses. Then proceeded with agility ladder drills with resistances bands over the knees, the. side shuffle across parking lot with bands. Cone drills that included zigzags, + and X signs, 5-10-5 and then the pacer resistance bands to first basketball poste. We repeated but to 2nd basketball post. This almost made YHC :face_with_open_mouth_vomiting: we did all the above drills 2 times.

COT: Prayers for Illuminati son Colby who continues to suffer from headaches post brain surgery. I can’t imagine how difficult this is for a young teenager and the family. We are praying for you.
