7 others joined YHC for a beatdown of Biblical proportions.  The Q went way back to the archives for this one and recommended the PAX bring a headlamp. Constitution had an inkling of what might be in store but turns out he’s going to save that for some other time. The watch hit 5:30, a disclaimer was given and here’s what they did.

Run a lap around the school. Repeat-o with exercises and running. Goal was to get 7 laps around the building. One lap is a half mile.

• Othello and YHC were commiserating pre-beatdown about how our bodies are failing us – can’t hear, can’t see. Time is undefeated so take advantage of your health while you can.
• Firebrand was commenting on how inspirational BearClaw and SS Minnow are. They just keep going and are doing things a lot of men half their age can’t.
• No Railyard on March 8 – Tradition AO anniversary beatdown
• This Friday at 6pm – Social event at Percent Taphouse to wish Mad Dog good luck on his deployment to DC. Families welcome.
