Nine brothers joined YHC for the Broga Stretch!  Our bodies take a repetitive beating at every BD during the week.  Once in a while we need to show it some love with a little healing that can only come from stretching.  It’s been proven that stretching helps to “prevent” injuries as we age.  Since I’ve been back at Hburg I’ve witnessed one thing…we ain’t getting any younger!

I really thought the BRR crew would post this morning to get in some last minute stretching before they venture off to the hills.  Unfortunately, they all decided they were too manly to attend or they were “skeered” they may pull something before the event.  I get it, not everyone can be as smart as the 9 that showed up this gloom.  Two of the nine didn’t even read the preblast and was pleasantly surprised of the change of pace.

YHC tried to emulate our mentors, @SSMinnow & @Wexler, with a little running triva throughout the stretch.  Although it was a valiant effort, it couldn’t hold a candle to our #2Respect. Tclaps brother, you make it look easy.

Our morning went like this….

The Thang
Mosey over to the the cement pad to the left of the stadium directly across from where we park.  Literally – 25 steps.  Circle up for a plethora of running stretches mostly focusing on the hip flexors, hamstrings, calves, lower-back and glutes.  @Bucky showed us a few shoulder stretches.  Trivia was intermixed while the din of Yacht Rock Radio (SXM311) played in the wings.
