10 Mighty Men joined YHC at The Ridge with a promise to stay warm despite the freezing temps.  Hopefully the PAX got their money’s worth and left nice and toasty.  The clock hit 0530 and after some kinda disclaimer off we went.  It went something like this…..

 

WARM-UP

THE THANG

Instructions were given at the ticket office which would be base for the workout.  The main lot was split into two different “boxes”.  The one on the right had the four following exercises at each corner:

1.  10 Burpees

2.  20 Merkins

3.  30 Shoulder Taps

4.  40 CDD’s

The one on the left had the four following exercises at each corner:

1. 10 Heels to Heaven

2. 20 Flutter Kicks

3. 30 American Hammers

4. 40 RBC’s

PAX would start at right corner #1 then back to base for 10 squats with the coupon of their choice.  PAX would always do 10 squats at base.  PAX would head to left corner #1 and then back to base for 10 squats.  Then right corner #1 and #2 and back to base.  Onto left corner #1 and #2 and back to base.  Then continue this pattern through all four corners of each side until time was called.

—PAX was happy with the burpees starting out after all the burpees yesterday.

—Constitution was killin’ it this morning and after 200+ straight workouts.  Strong stuff.

—All the RESPECTS were looking strong out there also.  With over half of the number of PAX posting its pretty impressive to see them work.

—All the PAX seemed pleased when they saw all the different coupons by the ticket office but none of them were hesitant to grab one.
