3 Dawgs ditched shopping and spending money on worthless things and decided to spend their efforts getting stronger! @buck was gracious enough to come hang out to make sure I wasn’t alone after a few no shows lately for various reasons, he made sure the show would go on, even if he couldn’t workout like normal. I was pleasantly surprised with a @spaz showing to be able to workout with me, so the show is on. Deals are to be had and holidays celebrated, let’s go!

Mosey to the parking lot where options were given to have more celebrations in the parking lot or walk with @buck. We finished with @buck for what we’ll call Friendsgiving, without the food, but all the good times and stories.

I’m thankful for the guys that continue to show up and supporting their brothers. Thanks @spaz for sticking with me, this morning was a struggle, I’m glad to be in the backside of bronchitis, but man, the energy is low and breaths were short after missing so many workouts.

Prayers for safe travels for all of our Pax. Thankfulness was shared for all the family time we’ve had this week and the blessings we’ve all been given.
