13 came out to take a stroll around Harrisburg.  Four of us started at 5 doing tempo work before I bailed on them to meet up with the rest of the gang.  I was so relieved that we would take a nice easy stroll.  Pax had a different idea and we just kept running fast.  Great morning for a run and a slightly different route that tried to avoid any hills.  Great to see the numbers ticking up.  Lots of Runners and 4 ruckers out there getting stronger
