THE THANG: running the ktown loop. Pain station every half mile. Pain stations included merkins, v ups, puppet masters, more merkins. Final pain station was a ab workout of the following Ws, pretzel crunches, flutter kicks and Freddie mercuries.
COT: Barry Lambert (in hospital but doing better) Brian Wilmore (coworker of steel cannon who was in car accident a few weeks back and is still hospitalized) Big Shows M and MIL. M is driving to MIL who had major hip surgery this week.
