6 speedsters braved the cold this morning or a nice stroll down Shamrock.  Not sure if everyone’s beds were just a little too warm this morning, but we were definitely expecting a bigger crowd. Dr. Lecter looked around and said ‘aw man, I have no one to run with.’  We all started joking how that hurt our feelings since he declared all of us too slow for him.   Lecter wasn’t kidding though.  We all thought we would just have a nice easy stroll and Lecter took off destroying our plans.  Someone must have heard he was coming because for the first time ever, the gate was open for him.  Good thing because I think he would have busted right through it.  DT was a little worried about the creepy car guy back there but he was nowhere in sight.  Or maybe he was and we were just going too fast.  Regardless, Lecter is ready for this Half Marathon and is going to Shamrock it!

Chilly morning but not as bad as we all dressed for.  I know I said it above but huge Tclaps to Dr. Lecter.  The guy had a plan and a goal for this year and he is killing it.  He is also getting faster and stronger by the day.  Amazing to see when someone sets the goal and puts in the work.  Speaking of putting in the work, its great to see SS Minnow back out there.  Most guys would have thrown in the towel after missing 5 months of running.  Joe is out there being smart about it while also pushing himself to get better.  He really makes it hard to find an excuse to not come out in the morning.  Great to have you back but glad you cut down on all that ‘Sailor Talk’ you were throwing around on Monday with Strapless!  So glad DT did not get kidnapped this morning by that guy!  Always great to see you out there working at your pace and putting in the work.  Of course Clueless and Tbone were killing it out there this morning and making it look easy.  I could talk all day about how much those two have pushed me and encouraged me and helped me to just show up and to not quit on myself.  Always appreciate it fellas!

Really good conversations this morning from Elon Musk trying to save or end the world, the absurdity of putting 33 Rolling Rock engines on a Super Booster, Christmas specials and how none of the new animation can top Rudolph, Flame throwers for your driveway and leave piles, how you should Never Touch the cornballer, and if you are ever feeling lonely because you haven’t been invited to birthday parties, maybe check your email every now and again.
