1. Great to be back. Park is looking great, and when the rest of it opens up, a whole new world of possibilities for workouts.
2. A lot of effort being put out there this morning. If you’re not pushing yourself, that’s on you. If the Q isn’t pushing you, that’s on you both. Granted, you can make any workout easy or hard on yourself, regardless of the Q, but the Q does the pax no favors by making it easy. I take that responsibility seriously, and the reward is seeing the pax respond with the effort I saw this morning. Thank you for being out there pushing yourselves, and in turn, pushing me.
3. Great to have Exit54 back out this morning, especially with encouraging news on Nathan’s status. Still unresolved, but many of the worst possible diagnoses have been ruled out. Exit passed on his thanks for all the prayers, as well as the gift basket Wexler coordinated. Keep the prayers going.
4. Please also keep praying for Fahrvergnugen as he continues to recover. Hope to see him and Ivy League out again!
5. Tclaps to the pre-runners (Talladega, Wexler, Flip Phone, Birdcage…anyone else?). There was even a Bull sighting out there. Strong work by the pre-ruckers as well, including High Rise donning the ruck for the first time and even doing a little running with it.
6. Apparently Mullet has created a new exercise to replace the Squirm…and sounds like we’re better off not seeing it.
7. Need someone to talk to Parks & Recs about the gate opening. How are we supposed to get in early if it only goes up when the park actually opens?!?
8. While you’re at it, also need to talk to the church about moving the council table out into the sun.
9. Cash was flying at coffeeteria…and at least 75% of it made it to Solo Cup. Talladega is still waiting for the next rule change before committing (assuming he gets his allowance).
10. Coffeeteria is all fun and games until the shooting starts. #showtoknow
Cheers!
