0520 – YHC is at the site and plants the flag
0525 – Pax is out and about stretching, very quiet, can hear a pin drop
0528 – YHC yells, “2 minutes”…mumble chatter picks up
0529 – YHC yells, “1 minute”…mumble chatter is a light roar
0530 – YHC begins the lousy disclaimer…mumble chatter continues OVER the disclaimer.
YHC reprimands the “chatty Kathy’s” for being disrespectful. Remember, I still love you, just shut the F#@K UP when the Q is giving instruction, AYE!? #youknowwhoyouare #squid

Mosey towards the entrance and do a little “follow the leader ” side-skip around the parking space lines.  Once done, line up by the island and Bear Crawl to the opposite island.

The Thang

• Mosey to the playground on the other side of the campus for a “mini-Murph consisting of 5 sets of the following:  5 pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 20 Air Squats.  Plank Jacks waiting for the six.
• Mosey down the far side of the track to the opposite side of the field (Lights needed here). Line up at the base of the hill for:  5 sets of Quadraphelia with 10 WWII’s at the top.  Use the tree line as a marker to stop the Quad.  Skeered of getting a little damp? Go to the sidewalk- #pussy.  We did in-n-outs waiting on the six.
• Mosey to the church across the street and stop at the circle median for a little: Clock Merkins (5 at 12, 5 at 9, 5 at 6, 5 at 3 – all IC)
• Line up at the base of the white steps for Reverse Spiderman’s to the top then run a lap around the circle to the road and back.  Rinse and Repeat x3.  Did LBC’s waiting for the six.
• Line up at the base of the white steps for Step-Jumps to the top then run a lap to the road and back.  Rinse and Repeat x3.  Did LBC’s and Low Flutters waiting for the six.
• Mosey on back to the flags stopping at the parking lines again for a little more Follow-the-leader.  Good thing we had an engineer present.  OMG-SMH.

• Thanks for posting and for those that brought their lights.
• Everyone put in some strong work today.  I don’t think we rested for more than 15 seconds at any one point.
• I’m not even going to give those Pax the pleasure of going back to the start of this post and comment on the rude and obnoxious behavior I witnessed.  Total lack of disrespect for the Q and disclaimer!! Honestly, it was really funny 🙂  I got a kick out of it and I hope my NJ wasn’t to strong.  Sometimes F-bombs just fly out of my mouth without me even knowing.  I blame it on being raised by my Grandma.  HA!
