Simple exercises this morning. I wanted to keep everyone moving and there we lots of opportunities for extra work, whether it was running and circling back or just doing extra reps. Good work by all this morning.
Also, apparently this was similar to Solo Cup’s Q from days previous. The man knows what he is doing so I decided to piggyback off his greatness. 😉

Great work this morning!
I would say it was similar to my EPIC beatdown on Tuesday, just slight less stringent. Its great to have an easy day now and then.
Thanks for leading! Loved how you closed out the COT.
Great lead. It wiped me out.
Your comment during COT about being thankful for the failures in life that made you stronger was poignant and a great piece of advice. Thank you.
