Hola! 13 Pax gathered for YHCs 2nd time around with a Cinco de Mayo Q. Since the Kentucky Derby happens to also fall on 5/5 this year, YHC decided it would be wrong not to also include some running in the party. Apologies to those hoping for another no run beat down. It went something like…

YHC had forgotten why Cinco de Mayo was celebrated. When my kids asked… my first thought was that it was a day that gave us an excuse to drink some Cervezas. After a quick search I found “Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of the Mexican victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. The Mexican army won the battle, despite being smaller and ill-equipped, proving that strength comes from within”. I liked the thought that strength comes from within. Talladega asked on Wednesday if we were interested for committed. I’m very grateful to have found the Dawg House and to be around so many that are COMMITTED and really help me in so many ways to find strength from within. Have a great weekend!

Great lead Hop hunter. I am still very much in recover mode.
The side lunges were killer. Will remember those.
