Crosswalk Speed

Half a ten(er) ventured out into the colder than expected gloom to start the weekend the right way.
THE THANG
=>Follow the Leader mosey around poles, trees, dumpster, wait on Turkey, then out Shelley Ave to the golf course lot
CUP SUICIDE
- Line up 1 cup at start and 3 cups 5 yards apart.
- Do suicide running forward, finish with sprint to the other end of the lot, mosey back to start.
- Do suicide running backwards, finish with sprint to the other end of the lot, mosey back to start.
- Sprint to other side of lot, circle around each cup on your way, mosey back to start.
- Do suicide with defensive slides, finish with sprint to the other end of the lot, mosey back to start.
- Repeat series with cups 10 yards apart.
- One more half suicide sprint.
=>Pick up cups and mosey down to the entrance of Master’s Hill
CROSSWALK CUP EXCHANGE
- Partner up
- Partner #1 puts 4 cups on the ground on one side of Highland Creek Parkway.
- Partner #2 goes to the other side of Highland Creek Parkway.
- On go, both partners run up Highland Creek Parkway (partner #1 has cup in hand).
- Run to top of hill and across the crosswalk to hand off cup, then both partners run back down Highland Creek Parkway on opposite sides (partner #1 gets another cup, partner #2 places cup on the ground).
- Repeat until all 4 cups are on the other side of the Parkway.
=>A few more sprints and then mosey back to Highland Creek Elementary
