11 menfolk posted for this week’s edition of Harrisburg Iron. Not sure how many more times I can go back to the well for this one, but until it stops hurting, no reason to change it.

1. Thanks for the opportunity to lead. This remains my favorite workout of the week.
2. Tclaps to the 3 pre-runners and 3 pre-ruckers.
3. This clearly wasn’t as boring for Exit54 as Solo Cup’s Road Warrior lead on Wednesday as it took him about 20 minutes to realize that wasn’t Evite next to him. Instead, it was Prophet, visiting from F3Greensboro. Great to meet you and good luck with the “official” launch in Lexington. Strong work today!
4. In fairness to Exit, though, there was a strong resemblance, at least in the face…
5. I leave for one week and DJ Clueless changes from Hank Williams to heavy metal. Things move pretty fast around here.
6. I promised T-Bone no running. You’re welcome.
7. Thanks to BurVegas for taking us out.

Thanks for coming out.
yes, for 20 minutes or so I was debating whether to just congratulate @Evite on kicking everyone’s ass or to check if his kettlebell was actually a 15-pounder and he had scribbled 35 on it.
alas, it wasn’t @Evite at all. thanks for coming out, @Prophet. hope you can join us again next time you’re passing thru the ‘Burg.
Thanks for the lead @Gamma! And thanks for staying true to your words #runningisstupid
Exit I thought the same thing but good to have visitors. Welcome Prophet.
What happened to Starsky?? Thought I saw him grab a kettlebell out of his car but then he vanished. Temps must have dropped after the ruck.
Sorry to disappoint you gents. Although I definitely support the idea of using lighter weights disguised as heavier.
