13 men arose to face one of the toughest running courses in MECA, Harrisburg’s TheDevilsPitchFork, for a little BRR training. The rains from the night before provided a break in the heat, which will get much worse as this week progress.

• Start at Abbington Poolhouse
• All You got down French Fields Lane (Back up to Burnage Hall Roundabout)
• Down Houndslow Lane (Back up to Burnage Hall Roundabout)
• Down Grovesner Street (Back up to Burnage Hall Roundabout)
• Return to the place where the Shovel Flag would be. (where is it? Haven’t seen at last 3 events)

That’s one lap (about 1.8 miles)

Repeato until 6:15 AM

@Fig makes it out again, not as an FNG but as named man. I say the 2nd workout is harder to get to than the first because now you know what you are getting yourself into. Glad you made it out. Great pace when you are moving with @Banjo Boy.

@Deuce is a man on a running mission.

YHC still thinks this event is only 7 minutes long. But thank you for letting me be a part.
