5 PAX arrived this AM for a Q-less Bell Buster.  It seems like we have been threatening a #bellnado for a while and it was time to follow through.  I had personally been mentally preparing myself for such an event and got out a baseball lineup dry erase clipboard and wrote down the #bellnado 5.  A disclaimer was given and we moseyed to the HT lot and I put out the clipboard.

The Thang: #bellnado

The goal is to perform more work/circuits than last time.  My personal goal was 5 circuits as I had not perfomed that many in any #bellnado/#sharknado combo.  Sparknut showed up for work at about 6 and came over to snap some pics on his phone to the delight of none.  BR and BG were untouched today and I am sure Sparknut could have knocked out a ciruict, but alas no.  Time was called at 6:15 with no time for Mary.  Listed below is the amount of work performed by each Pax – to be used as a barometer for future performance:

COT: Prayers to Marie’s mom. Bootcamp tomorrow, I got the Q.

Moleskin: Great work gentlemen, that really sucked out there.  #bellnado is just brutal, hard to suck in enough air.  We looked to have logged just under 3 miles during this thing.  Sparky skipped the run at Skywalker for this and mentioned regretting it before we even began this morning…yep.  Thanks to Marie for keeping the pace high for me as I was lagging at the end.  Kilowatt and Project will be beasts before we know it with the consistent posting, keep it up!

  1. Aye!!

  2. BellNado stinks, well done Pax. 3 mile run and 75 burpees alone is enough to want to throw up breakfast, which probably hadn’t even been eaten yet. Then throw in close to 100 reps of this and that, should fill up the SUG for BellBuster pretty quick.

  3. Next Bellnado: I plan to do 4 again…and bring in BR and/or BG

    1. I like that, more than one way to progress!
