Pulling in to the school, it occurred to me that we may be the only ones to post this morning as some regulars are out, and MC asked on Slack who was cruising, and I never responded. So 0530 came and Bagheera and I were looking at each other, so weather was quite pleasant for a run, and Baggie wasn’t up for a lot of pain, stations that is.

The Thang
For as many cruises as I’ve been on, I never track mileage and usually follow the runner in front of me, and there are always plenty. So we made a left, then another left, ran across the street into Pox’s neighborhood, thought about knocking on the door, but decided otherwise. Went down to dead end, turned right, took an early right into cul-de-sac, back out, and around, oddly enough in a shape of a P.

Back down the way we came. Baggie left me behind in the home stretch. I’m thinking its around 3.5 miles, but haven’t google-mapped it yet. B saw a dark Dodge Charger pulling out of school lot, so not sure if MC came by to bring us water but gave up cause we were taking so long or what.

Always good to get out and do a father-son run. Not a whole lot of talking as I need to breathe all the air I can get my lungs around. Hope everyone is having a good Easter week and see you next time.
