5 Pax started the week out right and got a little stronger at #WhiteLightning.  One of us returned from a back injury, one of us had every muscle group sore and a pretty bad cold, and another was getting over some recent sickness.  It’s not always easy, but YHC was glad to start the week out right getting stronger with good company.

This quote from Theodore Roosevelt is one of my favorites about keeping going.  Maybe it will inspire you as well to keep taking action.

“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. Anyway … the workout went something like this.  Most of this was recycled from a recent Col. Mustard workout.
