Five strong Pax ventured out to the big turn 1 parking lot a CMS under clear and breezy skies after last night’s deluge. Everyone jockeyed for parking positions away from the puddles. Here’s what happened next:

Mosey to the main entrance for warm-o-rama
1) Side straddle hop, windmill, imperial storm troopers, merkins, mountain climbers, air squats….
2) Then 30 burpees……..got those done for the day

The Thang
Mosey to the circle of champions for 3-6-9-12-15 ladders
1) dips
2) decline merkins
3) step-ups

Make our way the the first bridge over Highway 29
1) Mosey to flags
2) sprint to big blue sign
3) mosey to the fence
4) sprei to the end of the fence
5) mosey to tge entrance to the bridge

Ladder 2-4-6-8-10 ladder
1) 2 merkins
2) run to other side of brisge
3) 2 180 deg jump squats
4) run back across bridge

repeat withc counts of 4, 6, 8, & 10

1) Mosey to the fence
2) sprint to the end of the fence
3) mosey to the big blue sign
4) sprin to the flags by the main entrance
5) mosey to the curve in the road
6) sprint to the bottom of the ramp at gate 8

ladder 2-4-6-8-10
1) 2 merkins
2) run to top of ramp
3) 10 180 deg jump squats
4) run down ramp

repeat with 4-6-8-10 merkins and 8-6-4-2 180 deg jump squars

Short moses to Mary
1) LBC
2) Solo Cup takes us out with his jam

2) YHC must be pretty predictable, right on queue, SoloCup assumed the IST starting position before it was even called.

3) Othello, glad to hear the pancake breakfast fundraiser was successful. I hope the scout has read Hucklebrry Finn…I gave the cemetery fence a look on the way home…that would be a very big job for one person to paint.
