Five men said goodbye to 2016 by completing the last Highlands Murph of the year. YHC hoped that the later start time might encourage some first timers to come out but alas the combination of Christmas treats and holiday fartsacks proved to be more than most could overcome. The PAX enjoyed a starting temperature of 51 degrees and were quickly shedding clothing as fast as the law would allow. Here’s how it all went down:

1. Thanks to everyone who posted today. It was great having @Tank join us this morning. He is a former neighbor of Hugo’s who used to workout in the Highlands and is now posting down in Wilmington. Welcome back sir.
