1. In case I didn’t mention it, log PT sucks…thanks for playing along.

2. Sorry Hootie, one round of log PT is not going to help you “bust a flex and pop the shirt” but it’s a good start. Like I said, gotta lay of that running nonsense.

3. Apparently YHC doesn’t qualify for an Instagram account. Something about beautiful people and a weight limit. Not really sure what Instagram is, but that’s BS! I’ll stick to the Twitters, which is already more than I can handle. I hear getting an intern helps…

4. Diesel earned every bit of his nickname today, trucking along and never quitting.

5. Great to see Ticonderoga and Wildcat getting back in in the game as well.

6. I make fun of BBQ and his extended F3 sabbatical everyone once in a while (ie all the time), but anyone willing to open their home to help children in need has my respect. Good to see you again, brother. Ok, back to ridiculing….
