No Palin on Election Day?

All All MECA Backblasts

November 8th, 2016 By Sourdough

15 PAX escaped the fartsack to endure a chilly gloom at WROES. In true Rolling Stone fashion,  half the PAX arrived at 5:29:50. After a brief disclaimer and 5 Burpees off we went.

Mosey to the basketball courts for 5 Burpees

Warm-o-rama

20 Side Straddle Hops IC

20 Imperial Storm Troopers IC

10 Windmills IC

10 Cotton Pickers IC

20 Mountain Climbers

The Thang

Mosey to the rock pile for 5 Burpees

Partner up and Grab one rock per team

Partner one runs down the greenway to the second light pole while partner two performs curls until the other returns. Switch places and repeato until 270 curls are completed. Round two with Skull Crushers and Round three with LBCs.

Mosey down the greenway to the bridge. We were running short on darkness so the logs would stay hidden until next time. Same partners for a run down the bridge while the second partner does Prisoner Squats. Switch until a total of 270 are completed

Mosey with an impromptu jailbreak back to the lot for 5 Burpees

Mary

15 Pretzel Stick IC on each leg

15 W IC

1 minute or so plank

Welcome to Big Unit. Christmas Party is December 10th and Operation Sweet Tooth continues.

Prayers for First Date’s brother-in-law and Dodger.

I need a little help. I missed some PAX

Thanks for the push today

  1. @Sourdough – wasn’t me, votesack.

Army PFT on Thursday, day before Veterans Day – max situps, max merkins and 2 mi run.

    1. In that order?

      1. Good workout today sourdough…knock em dead schnitzel…target 300

  2. @Sourdough – Another fine Q sir. 270 reps of just about anything is sure to get the job done!

One of the missing PAX was my partner Mag Pool. Thanks for partnering and posting with the stoners.

-Now the question is, how hard do we push tomorrow with PFT on Thursday?

    1. Thanks!

    2. Very valid question! I guess It would be up to the Q………….

Nice job Sourdough! Perfect combination of too many reps and too much running! Usually I can count on a break on half of a grinder but not this morning!

Great to see Boss and Jimmy Buffet back out – we missed you! Now where did you guys hide Verona????

The Shield is tonight at Ginder’s house at 8pm 548 Fairwoods dr, Skybrook.

  3. Good job with the Q, Sourdough. Using rocks in 35 degree weather is sadistic (or masochistic since you were complaining about the loss of feeling in your fingers).

Running on the very dark greenway was getting sketchy with guys running in opposite directions…

Thanks for partnering, Sugar, and thanks for pushing the pace Mr. Sparknut.

Until next time- will that be the Cruise? First sub 50 degree run since the spring, Sugar is going to make us use it all up so we have nothing left for the APFT.
