Kinda humid out there today…great work by everybody
Yep pretty sure Minnow was taking it easy on me this morning. Good work by all. I think I heard TBone HC for BRR???????? Also Starsky is really wanting to get some more miles this evening he was speechless when I asked him.

@Solocup, Sorry I missed the Wednesday workout. I did my own workout in the mountains of NC while taking some vacation time. It was like the air condition was turned on, it was very pleasant. And @Gamma, I finally got that F3 sticker placed on my van. It paid off. It caused me to start up a conversation with another F3 guy from Pinehurst, NC. I told him I was privileged to know some of the founding members of F3. We ended up doing a run together on Thursday morning.
