1. YHC and 2.1 rolled in at 0520 to see Solo Cup all by his lonesome, stretching out after a pre-workout run. There was no hard commit, but he had thought he’d have a running partner this morning. We’ll call him “Schedule B” to protect the innocent. Solo Cup was also expecting an FNG from work, but he no-showed. Looks like there will be an extra training session at the office this morning on integrity.
2. Great to have The Farm and Buckwheat out to visit. That makes 2 trips south of 29 in 2 days for The Farm, who crushed #DevilsPitchfork yesterday. Buckwheat also had a strong showing after three days on the water…must’ve stayed pretty hydrated with Bud Light. Sounds like we’ll be having a guest Q in the near future…
3. Odd weather this morning. Very humid, dead air during the exercise relay, but a strong headwind during the run over there. As Clueless opined, must’ve been the vortex we created with all that speed.
4. I was asked what got into me with all this running….just don’t want to get kill’t by Swami again. At least he didn’t take a picture.
5. Speaking of roadkill, we’re in need of a substitute for our 12-man BRR team. Get with Gapper if you or someone you know is interested.
6. Great to see Bird Cage back in the mix. He started with us in the winter, so the daylight threw him off a bit. Already committed to a half-marathon that weekend, but definitely a strong contender for BRR in 2017!
7. Good response for the 07/13 Intimidators game but still plenty of available tickets. See prior pre-blast for details. Also, huge thanks to all those who have responded so far to help with the 07/16 F3Dads workout Harrisburg is hosting. It’s shaping up to be another solid event!

Always an honor to lead this group. Strong work out there. When the 17 year-old says “that was hard” I figure I did something right.
Great teaming up with @TheFarm. Even better when I finish the first lap and he’s already got 17 Burpees done….
Tough workout Gamma. Thanks for making us a little better today.
Solid workout and solid AO! I’ve attended a Saturday beatdown at the park but had never been out to The Ridge… I will definitely be back. Q’ing out there has to be like being a kid in a candy shop…
@Gamma, thanks for partnering up this morning. I thought we got enough running in yesterday but seems like you’ve got the running bug…and the burpee and jump squat bug.
Good seeing you guys this morning and see you soon…
Always good visiting The Ridge. Love the AO, even though we didn’t see much of it today ;-).
Solid beatdown, @Gamma. I was sucking wind bad today after three days of eating and drinking whatever I wanted. Definitely paid the price. I was still recovering from @Solo Cup’s Lindy/Burpeefest at The Dawg House on Friday and wanted to strangle you when you announced the circleburp, err four corners of pain. #ihateburpees.
@Farm- I saw the little grin on your face when you looked at me after @Gamma announced the
burpees. Must be nice to be 4′ 3″ in weigh 134 pounds…. Just remember, I may be slow and hate burpees, but I have a particular set of skills and
know where you live and where workout ;-)….
Thanks for picking up my slack today, @Helga. You were puttin in some serious work, brother!
Good seeing you today @Dick Tracy. It’s been a while!
Solid beat down Gamma! As I overheard @HKPhooey say… that definitely spiked the heart rate.
Great teaming up with @SSMinnow this morning! He can win a game of connect four in three moves…
Nice to see @Buckwheat and @TheFarm out this morning.
Great beatdown @Gamma. It was good to see @Buckwheat and @Farm make a guest appearance from Tradition this morning. #ironSharpensiron @Buckwhat – good to partner with you!
Agree, it was a real good beatdown, without even using much of the AO.
Always great to have visiting Pax…welcome, The Farm and Buckwheat.
Thanks for the partner-push, Clueless
