Firehouse Repeats

The Thang:
- Warm-up lap around the full Firehouse loop. Hey, there’s Bling. Go get him, and continue.
- 3 x fast (unable to talk while running) laps with a small recovery between each at the rock by the entrance.
- Ended with 4.6 miles. You can check out Strava to see the route. I created it as a segment a while back. The leaderboard even has @Frodo on it, but he must have been running on his hands b/c his time is not his usual. https://www.strava.com/segments/11209226?filter=overall
The Naked Moleskin:
- Derby and Wild Turkey were bringing the heat this morning! An impressive showing.
- Great to see BOS in the parking lot when I pulled in. He must already be feeling the pressure to get some run training in now that he is a HC for Time Laps!!! What?!
- Those present got a great update on how F3 Dads camping planning is coming along. Bling and Bootstrap sound like they have a great weekend set up for us. Looking forward to it.
- We even got a drive by from a paddle shifting, rental camry driving, IT Logix logoed sweater vest wearing guy that strongly resembled Gump.
- Got texts from two regulars who both had EAF’s (Epic Alarm Failures) – mainly that they forgot to set them or set them for PM.
- Last but not least, how about @Snare running both to and from the workout. Dang folks, that is some running commitment there. T-claps to @Snare.
