5 PAX made it out on a practically perfect morning (can’t beat temps around 50’F) to see what YHC had coming. With YHC arriving just in the nick of time, the PAX took off.

YHC dubbed this the “Double Stuffed Oreo” (yeah, YHC isn’t the theme master like other members of the PAX)…

• Good push by everyone this morning. Enjoyed leading this morning but more importantly having you guys there.
• It seems some (@Magnificent) disagreed with YHC’s definition of “double stuffed” in “track terms” saying something about us needing to run more 800s to call it a double. Others described it as just a regular Oreo – or the ones you get at Wally World. #GreatValue
• Nice to see @Starsky true to his word about posting when temps are above 50’F. Good run this AM.
• Glad to have @Bearclaw off the IR list and back in action. Hope the Advil did the trick this AM.
• Great too having @Othello for his 2nd #Acceleration post. Solid run.
• And @Magnificent…always sandbagging the first lap of the 800m. Where you find the next gear on lap 2 is impressive.
• Where was @Tumbler? Thought he was a #Acceleration regular now.
