Uphill Both Ways
All All MECA BackblastsMarch 16th, 2016
9 pax posted for their Flintstones vitamin of the running week; da Cruise.
The Thang:
- Explain the tried and true “Christenbury Uphill Both Ways” route. Christenbury circle and DON’T go down Millstream (shocking!) but instead go straight out a da hood. 2nd left into Christenbury through the trick gate, right at traffic circle, next left, turn around, hang a right at the traffic circle for a little extra mileage, and back.
- Start to finish mileage is 4.8. One extra lap around the HCES parking lot took us to 5.
The Naked Moleskin:
- Love the out and back route for a mixed pace group. Pacing was pretty solid as we all came back together close to the school.
- Lots of Time Laps EH’ing going on…or at least trying.
- Loving the consistent posting coming from Slappy, Chief, and Terrible Towel. Running rewards those who are consistent. You are on your way my friends.

Hot out there this morning guys. Lots of sweating and lots of comments that it was a tough run. Looking forward to the body making those warm weather adaptations…
@J-lo For a guy that just did a half marathon on Saturday, your 7:47 pace this morning was dang fast. You are a machine. A machine that should do Time Laps!
