Mosey for Mary – Carolina Dry Docks and Freddie Mercurys both IC
Moleskin: Too many things to remember to say. Killer turn-out – with a shout out to the 3 from Tradition: Dingo, Pongo and Cayote, as well as some welcome back Kotters to Groove and a healthier Piston, as well as the reprise of recent FNG Connor aka “Class Five”! Turns out if you do the proper back blast…they WILL come! The Skipper gets huge T-claps for showing up in an orange Clemson “workout” polo (until Point Break ruined it with a nasty comment that won’t be repeated)! There is some significance to the 4th count with this crew. When asked I was told “it’s what we do!” *It also turns out there is no actual significance to 16. In fact, the significance is actually 17 right now and 18 as of Sunday for the Panthers!! Shame on the Q. Also, according to our resident chiropractic expert, aka Back Cracker, just about EVERY exercise I chose today flirts with a pending back injury – good news is he said all consultations are on the house!!
Audible: If the PAX wasn’t so whiny and slow, we could have finished with my last two sets: Tennis Court chair sits, and a Merkin Clock Bomb (1-12 count Merkin with simultaneous 1-12 position running around the clock). There were also multiple requests for the ever-famous “pickle pounder” at the end of the show. There was no extra time today boys, so the pickles will have to pound another time. OMG
Amoeba out!

Thanks for Q’ing Amoeba. I knew there would be mumblechatter from our visitors (DINGO) but did not know we would have a few kotters and a healthy @Piston to add to the mix.
@King Julian was quiet compared to usual. Maybe @Dingo was out talking him or he was too busy paying attention to @Coyote’s form, OR he was perfecting his “slow walking” technique with @Back Cracker???
Yes, I was quiet….a little intimated by such a large group 🙂
@Amoeba – Nice Q today! Tough for the Pax and for the Q #excessivemumblechatter
Great to meet FNG “Class 5” (or is it Class V, Class Five?) Regardless, always fun to have new blood. Also fun to watch FNG’s faces when they hear the ages of some of the pax #RESPECT
Thanks for Q’ing Amoeba! That was EXCESSIVE mumble chatter!!
@Piston – That is the first time I have ever seen someone do SSH without moving their legs??
@King Julian – Arguable one of the fitter looking guys there, yet seemed to just want to slow walk his way through the beatdown??
@Backacrckaer – Like Fairies…….Chiropractors re NOT rel….. 😉
@TheFrm – lays good morning when the mumble chatter is not aimed t you 🙂
Yeh, so I was walking when I should have been crab walking….but even Cam Newton needs to walk it out sometimes.
