Hard to lead from the back

9 men and one canine went on a 5 mile run yesterday morning right after the rain sropped(lucky). We crossed  49 and hit Pharr Mill road waking up neighborhoods as dogs barked.  It’s hard to Q a Road Warrior workout when your the slowest in the Pax.  Thanks to Solo Cup for the help.
