Mosey to the back of the school and find the bench labyrinth.

• Abyss Merkin– 6 slow count
• Step Up– 20 each leg
• Bear Crawl on benches to the end of the maze.
• Lunge Walk on benches to the end of the maze.

Move to wall:

• People’s Chair
• Donkey Kicks x10

Mosey one lap around the bus lot track to the playground.

• Swing across the three strange sets of Monkey bars. Feet don’t touch the ground.  #thegroundislava
• Overhead Body Pull on the diagonal bar contraption. Repeato x4 #gottabetheretoknow
• Incline Merkin x10 on slanted rail. Switch directions and repeato.

Mosey to the second playground.

1. Nice to see a larger crowd out here at District 7!  We’ll be posting double digits before you know it.
2. YHC’s original plan for this morning was to do a lot of running.  As you can see, that didn’t really happen.  Debate amongst yourselves whether that was a good or bad thing.
3. An F3 Fashion First this morning with @Havana Punch’s PJ-pants-under-the-workout-shorts attire.  Nice to see him back, though.
